To successfully position the client as a leading industry expert, a communication strategy was developed and implemented. During the work with of the client's platforms, diverse and engaging content was developed to promote the development of the MŪKU SALA community. The content includes interviews with company managers, articles on the most current topics of various industries, etc. Google Ads search and remarketing campaigns, as well as e-mail marketing campaigns, were launched to boost the demand for the premises. Extensive media support is also provided, regularly creating content that is published in the most popular media outlets in Latvia, thus boosting the brand recognition. One year after the implementation of the developed communication strategy, the client has achieved almost 100% occupancy of the premises, and the number of direct applications has significantly increased, saving funds that would have been needed for real estate brokers' commissions.
