Mūkusalas Biznesa Centrs is one of the largest business centers in Riga, located in the historic urban district of Mūkusala, home to industry leaders such as Tele2, DELFI, Bolt, Cognizant, and many more.
Despite its prime location near the Daugava River and the National Library of Latvia, this area was historically an industrial zone. However, with the growth of Mūkusalas Biznesa Centrs, it has been transformed into a modern, dynamic business hub, unlocking its full potential.
At the end of 2021, a new brand was created – MŪKU SALA, symbolizing community and the projects implemented by Mūkusalas Biznesa Centrs.

With already low brand recognition and ambitious development plans for the future, the brand of Mūkusalas Biznesa Centrs had a large unfulfilled potential.
